Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to any scheduling change including inclement weather. In most cases rain showers do not require canceling or rescheduling an inflatable rental. Our inflatables are sturdy and made for the outdoors so a little inclement weather will not affect them.

If severe weather is expected like thunder storms, lighting, hurricanes or high wind speeds, we will contact you to discuss arrangements for your inflatable. If you choose to continue with your rental and your event is cut short due to weather, the full amount of the rental will still be due.

If rental is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will have 1 year from the date of booking to use up your booking credit if you wish to. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your rental for any reason, please do so with 5 days or more notice to be eligible to receive a full refund. Any cancellations done within 5 days of event date will have the option to reschedule for another date or lose their deposit fee.
