Below you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions at Bounce Party. We are constantly adding most asked question to this page so if you have a question and don’t see your answer, don’t hesitate to email us at info@bouncepartyllc.com

Each inflatable is different, so the costs vary by inflatable. All pricing is available on the each of the inflatable detail pages. Currently, for our grand opening, all prices are for 6 hour rentals. We will provide additional options later this year. Call us and we will be glad to give you a quote and assist you with your inflatable rental needs.

Currently all rentals are 6 hours. We will be expanding available rental windows later this year.

Reserving an inflatable is easy. Click on the Book Now link on the page navigation and follow the simple steps to select the inflatable you desire and the date and time you wish to book.

A $50.00 deposit is required, but the deposit does apply to your total balance. A deposit guarantees your reservation. If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable but you will have 1 year from the booking date to use your rental credit.

Like everything else, the sooner, the better. Demand varies throughout the year so we recommend booking early. If you need to move the date later, it is not a problem but at least you lock in your desired first choice.

Typically setup takes between 30-45 minutes depending on the inflatable.

We prefer to setup our inflatables on grass but they can be setup on concrete or indoors if room permits. Inflatables cannot be set up on dirt, mud, sand, rocks, or mulch. We do not setup under trees, power lines, or near anything that can be potentially dangerous.
